The Patient Participation Group set up at this Practice is looking for new volunteers.
The aim of the Group is to improve communication between the Practice and Patients and also provide practical support to help Patients take more responsibility for their own health and to provide strategic input and advice.
If you are interested in becoming involved please advise a Receptionist or complete the attached form and return to the Surgery and we will pass your details onto a member of the Group who will contact you.
